A newcomer joining the company in 2016, Blanca is responsible for defining the strategy of the business area, coordinating its production and commercial team, making Caviar Nacarii one of the reference brands in the sector.

Our company

Caviar Nacarii produces caviar and sturgeon meat in the heart of the Valle de Arán, in a unique enclave surrounded by 2,000 metre-high mountains. Keeping to the traditional method used by Iranian experts, it prepares a limited production of caviar of excellent quality and pure flavour.

Caviar Nacarii sturgeons originally come from lake Baikal, in Siberia, and live in the crystal-clear waters of the river Garona from when they are two months old. Our artisans and biologists collect and rear the sturgeons respecting their natural life cycle and cooperating in the protection and recovery of this ancient protected species.

An incomparable natural setting and the purity of the water seeping from thawed ice and snow create a unique habitat resulting in an authentic caviar with no unwelcome smells or flavours. This all goes along with a totally artisanal preparation process, which has gained it a great many recognitions and the guarantee of the most demanding palates of those who now rate this as one of the most exclusive caviars in Europe.

Accreditation for our production quality

True to its commitment to the natural environment and to a traditional and responsible production system, Caviar Nacarii is the first caviar producer to have the most demanding quality, foodstuff safety and environmental management certificates.

The brand has ISO9001 accreditation for Processes, ISO14001 for Environmental Quality and ISO22000 for Foodstuff Safety.

Responsibility as regards the consumer

Caviar Nacarii complies with the international labelling regulations laid down by the EU and CITES in order to protect endangered species such as the sturgeon. Including this label accredits the source, authenticity and legality of the product, as well as compliance of international standards in the preparation, packaging and distribution process.

Open to foreign markets

Caviar Nacarii got its international expansion under way in 2009 and is currently exporting up to 70% of its production to the main countries in Europe, Asia and America, some of these being Japan, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and even Russia, the home of caviar.

The product’s great success with consumers and gastronomy professionals is the result of all the efforts made to prepare an exclusive, artisan-made and top-quality product.

Traditional caviar with no additives
Fresh, never pasteurised caviar is marketed. This means that this is a live product developing with age, rich in nuances and capable of producing a wide range of sensations depending on the point of maturity at which this is enjoyed.

Our traditional caviar attains the excellent flavour backed by our brand. The size of these eggs is the standard one for the Siberian sturgeon, with a diameter of from 2.5 to 3 millimetres.

The product is available in 10, 30, 50, 100, 250, 500-gram and 1-kg cans.

This range of caviar stresses the purity and transparent flavour so characteristic of Caviar Nacarii thanks to the larger size of the roe. In these cans gourmets with the most demanding palates will find a selection of considerably larger size than the usual eggs, with diameters of from 3 to 3.5 millimetres.

Anyone seeking to evoke all five senses with a unique product will find what they are looking for in this carefully selected and marvellous product.
Caviar Nacarii Premium has an extremely limited production and contains eggs of an exceptional size of up to 3.8 to 3.9 millimetres. As a reference we could take the eggs of the most appreciated caviar in the world, the Beluga sturgeon, which measure from 3.5 to 4 millimetres.
